Dr. Krisztina Konya
As the Chief Executive Officer, Krisztina is a distinguished multi-award-winning spiritual coach, empowerment and authentic leadership coach, and a Usui Reiki Master Teacher. She's also celebrated as an award-winning international speaker and holds pivotal roles as the co-founder of WE Champions International Foundation, co-founder of Yovan International South Africa, Founder and CEO of Pillar of Light, and the host of the Truth Runners Talk Show. Krisztina's qualifications include several certificates and a bachelor's degree in business management.
Notably, Krisztina serves as the Goodwill Ambassador for Human Rights and Peace at Hoinser Media Group, alongside her role as Peace Ambassador for the Alliance of the Peoples of the World. Her contributions to promoting harmony and peace have been recognized with the Global Peacemaker Award in the Harmony & Peace category from Project 100 & Human Harmony Nepal.
Driven by a profound passion, Krisztina firmly believes in the potential for greatness within all of us and our ability to achieve success in every facet of life. She champions the idea that the first step towards success involves unleashing the power of self-love and gaining deep self-awareness.
Krisztina's mission is to empower women to discover their path towards empowerment, creating a nurturing space for them to achieve personal growth, self-love, and development by sharing valuable and practical tools that have been instrumental in her own journey.
Dr. Enolia Foti
As the Chief Operations Officer, Enolia embarks on a global journey to learn from indigenous elders, including those from the Ojibwa, Lakota, Yaqui, Hopi, and Apache Nations in North America, as well as the Mapuche of Chile, the Toltec of Mexico, and the Luhya of Kenya, among others.
Guided by the wisdom of these revered elders, ENOLIA walks her path as a teacher, counselor, and healer, empowering others to achieve their goals.
With over two decades of experience navigating the corporate landscape, she has honed her expertise in leadership development, performance excellence, and empowerment coaching. ENOLIA holds a degree in mathematics and graduated in the top 1% of her MBA class. She has successfully implemented IT solutions for global organizations in both profit and non-profit sectors, earning degrees and multiple certifications in technology. Additionally, she has served on various boards.
A gifted orator, ENOLIA seamlessly blends her corporate experience with a profound understanding of diverse global traditions, bestowing upon her the ability to inspire and empower the soul.
Through the sharing of her cumulative knowledge, encompassing ancient practices and contemporary wisdom, ENOLIA has established herself as an award winning International Speaker, Author, and Grandmother Elder, an honor bestowed upon her by the Ojibwe.
